Avalanche

1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
2. Pour 1 1/2 oz of vodka into the shaker.
3. Add 1 oz of Kahlua to the shaker.
4. Measure and pour 1 oz of Baileys Irish Cream into the shaker.
5. Add 1 oz of Amaretto to the shaker.
6. Pour 1 oz of cream into the shaker.
7. Securely close the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
8. Take a chilled cocktail glass and strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.
9. Optionally, top the cocktail with a dollop of whipped cream.
10. For an extra touch, sprinkle some chocolate shavings on top of the whipped cream.
11. Serve the Avalanche cocktail immediately and enjoy!

Note: You can also prepare this cocktail by blending all the ingredients with ice instead of using a cocktail shaker. Simply add all the ingredients along with a handful of ice cubes into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the blended mixture into a chilled glass and proceed with steps 9-11.
