Frankly speaking, this is a beauty. It opens with a flurry of blackberry, currant, pomegranate and plum aromas that echo nicely on a palate where silky meets sinewy. A youthful, elegantly structured wine showing shades of the Loire and Bordeaux but still resolutely itself. The lengthy finish is fruity and chewy.
