Description

This beautiful dry Ontario Rosé is a blend of 83% Pinot Noir, 15% Gamay Noir and 2% Pinot Meunier grapes which were allowed several hours of skin contact for a perfect pink colour. Pressed and then cool fermented, the wine was aged mostly in stainless steel tanks with 10% aged oak barrels, to create a seriously delicious VQA Rosé.



Bright pink in colour with a pretty aroma of strawberry, cherry, white peach, and summer roses. A light, dry, smooth yet refreshing Rosé. Lively notes of tangy red berries, crab apple, and a touch of rhubarb and peach linger through on the finish. Pair with Greek salads, BBQ shrimp skewers, poached salmon and tapas.
